Question - quickest and/or most Cost-Effective way to hit chrome (to qualify for freerolls) on Ignition/Bovada?
At 2500 "Miles" (i.e. poker points) you qualify for their weekly freerolls, which is what I'm aiming for beyond just continuing to develop my game. Here's the structure for poker:
Cash games (incl. Zoom, AFAIK): 15 miles per $1 of rake (which is .01 for every .20 in the pot)
Tourneys: 15 miles per $1 of fees
Spin and Go's: 1.5 miles per $1 of buy-ins
So question 1) looks like Zoom is gonna be the way to go for the micros? More interested in the casino games though (strictly for grinding those miles), which have the following reward structure:
Slots: 5 miles for every $1 bet
Video poker, table games, BJ: 1 mile for every $1 bet
"Specialty Games": 15 miles for every $1 bet (no idea what these are, assuming they should be avoided like the plague given the generous mileage they give)
My tentative plan for now is to aim for 500-1k miles through casino games and just let the rest (I have about 1500 to go IIRC) accumulate naturally through rake, with a focus on Zoom. Hence question 2) are the slots rigged badly enough to make the 5 miles/$1 ratio more or less cost-effective for grinding miles than the 1:1 ratio of blackjack, given its 51% house edge? (Assuming they at least give players the 49% with their BJ instead of fixing it up too lol) For context my poker skills are mediocre, I win at the micros reasonably consistently (if slowly/steadily) when I keep my tilt reigned in, punctuated by the occasional glorious punt when I do get tilted, overall I'm treading water, probably in the neighborhood of +0.5 or +1.5 BBs/100. I do try to improve my game but my main reason for playing is just 'cuz it's fun. I'd like to play more MTTs but I'd rather keep my bankroll dedicated to cash and SnG's, so finally hitting Chrome for the freerolls will be a nice milestone when I get there. Figured this sub would have some good insight into these questions, especially if any of you guys have grinded to Chrome on Ignition and/or know much about their casino games.
I’ve only been playing poker on ignition casino for a week but I’m a long time poker player and this site is definitely rigged. They add bots to their lobby and win with the most absurd run outs (not officially proven). The board pairs on the flop way above average and the turn and river steal away your premium hand and hand it to the schmuck who is cold calling with K6 off suit. I have taken some bad beats.. but way too consistently to ignore the fact that this site is rigged and is stealing away my hands. A bit of a rant but I implore all poker fans to look into other websites. I won’t be spending any more money with ignition (I cannot speak to the other aspects of their casino other than poker).

I started with 100 in cash and was playing single deck blackjack on ignition casino. I fought, I fought, and fought. But I finally went to zero. Can't count how many times I doubled down on 11, and got a shit card. Or how many times I how many times I doubled down on 10, got a 10 and the dealer miraculously pulled a 21 out of his ass. I understand the house has a small edge but Jesus fucking christ this shit is unbelievable. At least don't make it look so rigged.
Briefing: Welcome to Puerto Rico, 47. A number of key members of Providence have scattered to the wind. We have obtained information that three of them recently embarked on a tropical cruise aboard one of the most expensive and luxurious Cruise Ships ever built, the Cierto Destino, which is currently moored in the San Juan Harbor. ((I'm terrible at coming up with character names so I'll leave place holders instead)) Your Targets are (Target 1), a Texan Oil Man with major influence over a handful of prominent US Politicians and his wife, (Target 2). (Target 2) plays an important role in facilitating blackmail on Politicians and lawmakers alike, providing (Target 1) with all of the necessary strings to pull to stack the deck in his - and by extension - Providence's favor. Your third Target is (Target 3), happens to be the owner of the very Cruise Line the Cierto Destino operates under. (Target 3) has used his fleet as a front for a wide range of nefarious international activities, including drug, weapon and human trafficking. Every bit of (Target 3's) operation is directly tied to Providence, and upon learning of the deaths of the Washington Twins and the disappearance of The Constant, (Target 3) made a pact with (Target 1 and Target 2) to venture off on a one-month long Tropical Cruise, hoping to hide among the civilian pleasure seekers and eventually disappear across the world, assuming new identities. (Target 3) has associates in Puerto Rico, and will undoubtedly be meeting with them to arrange for assistance in their efforts to vanish. We have provided you with a Boarding Pass to access the Ship while it is in Port, although I'm sure you could find another way aboard, if you choose. Get on the Ship, find (Target 1), (Target 2), and (Target 3) and eliminate them before they manage to elude us. Good Hunting, 47. I will leave you to prepare.
Map Design: A large, modern, luxurious Cruise Ship docked at a busy Port in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Some Guests aboard the ship have ventured into the nearby resort town, while many others remain on the ship, enjoying the in-house entertainment such as the on-deck swimming pool/hot tubs, shuffle board courts among other sporting activities, and the main feature of this particular vessel - an extravagant, mid-ship, high roller Casino with a variety live entertainers and a high class restaurant. Of course there are the passenger dorms, several floors and many, many rows of them. Most are locked, some can be accessed by keycards. The bowels of the ship contain the facilities - laundry, electrical, plumbing, food storage/kitchen, engine room, staff quarters, infirmary, dentist's office, cargo, etc. Upper deck is mostly fine dining and VIP areas as well as, of course, the main crew's quarters and the Bridge. 47 may exit the ship onto the dock, but the end of the dock leading into town is an "Exit Mission" area. Other Mission Exits include a Coast Guard vessel moored at the same dock, a Helicopter on the ship's own Helipad, a new Life Boat being swapped in for a damaged one by the maintenance crew, and an Easter Egg exit where 47 can lay back on a deck chair and enjoy the sun as the ship leaves Port (only accessible with a Silent Assassin/Suit Only rating and some other specific criteria) . Map Specific Weapons/Items: OaPaddle- Non-lethal melee. Suspicious item unless carried by Ship Crew. Flare Gun- A multi-use tool. Can be used as a distraction, to ignite fuel sources, or will knock NPC's unconscious if you shoot them in the head. Body shots will knock the down and they will go hostile (they do not catch fire). Shuffleboard Puck- Small, weighted object good for knocking people out or causing a distracting noise when thrown. Braided Rope- Meant for tying down cargo or for other uses such as mooring small boats. Good for strangling. Harpoon Spear- A decorative item in the Captain's Quarters to remind him of a past life. Can be utilized as a lethal thrown or melee weapon. Flintlock Pistol- Also found among the Captain's personal treasures, a real, working Flintlock Pistol. The items needed to make it fire are also nearby. Disguises: Bridge Crew- Access to most areas, enforced by other Bridge Crew Room Staff- Access to passenger dorms, laundry, kitchen, most other areas except for VIP, Bridge, mechanical. Technician- The Mechanics/equipment operators that keep the ship running/repaired. Access to all mechanical areas and just about anywhere else on the ship as long as there's a valid excuse to be there. Security- Allowed almost anywhere, enforced by most other Security, Bridge Crew, and some other ship crew. Pirate- An old costume once used as part of a stage show, found in storage in the Laundry Room. Most guests will remark but won't question, staff may be confused, higher-ups will be suspicious. Safety Man- One guest particularly paranoid and obsessed with safety, always wearing his life vest with a whistle strung around his neck, dark sun glasses, visible sun screen smeared on his face and nose, a wide brimmed hat and super-grippy water proof shoes. Allowed anywhere a guest is allowed to be. VIP- The VIP Lounge Dress Code requires special lounge robes of a dark burgundy color, with comfortable black lounge pants and lounge shoes. Captain- The Ship's Captain's Uniform. Not likely to fool anybody except guests. Inspector- The Ship is due for inspection and (Target 3) will lead the way. Not allowed anywhere but within the vicinity of (Target 3). Dentist- The Ship's onboard Dentist. Recognized by all staff, (Target 3), no guests. Kill Opportunities/Challenges: Some of these can be used in Mission Stories, but here are just a sample of basic ideas for fun/unique kills. -I'm Flying!: Push a Target over the railing at the very front of the ship (Target 2 will go out here hoping for a movie-like romantic experience with Target 1. Subdue him while she's distracted and shove her over the railing.) -Murder of Crows Nest: Use a Sniper Rifle to kill a Target while perched in the Crows Nest. -Organic Fuel: Push a Target into the Fuel Tank below deck and seal the lid (Target 3 will lead the Inspector through the engine room). -High Die: Rig the High Dive Board to collapse under the weight of a Target, causing them to fall onto the pool's edge (Target 3 will demonstrate the strength and safety of the diving boards to the Inspector who challenges the idea of having such a thing on the ship). -Unsecured Load: Cause a Vehicle stored in the Cargo Area to come loose and crush a Target. (Target 1 will wait here to meet Target 3. You might be able to get them both.) -Fish Food: Kill a Target by dumping them into the Aquarium that overlooks the main lounge area. (Target 2 will view the Aquarium from above. Shove her in.) -Down with the Ship: Rig a VIP Life Boat (VIP life boats are assigned to specific guests) to sink, and cause a Target to attempt to escape on it, drowning them. (Target 3 will panic and flee if confronted or if the alarm is sounded. If you've removed the drain plug from the boat or shot a hole in it, it will sink as soon as it hits the water, and he will be trapped inside.) -Tooth-Hurty: Cause a Target to damage a tooth during lunch, then kill them in the Dentist's Chair (Take a Pearl Necklace from one of the Guest Rooms and mix some of the Pearls into Target 1's food. Go to the Dentist's Office and Poison the nitrous gas, inject with lethal poison, smother with a towel, etc - you can pose as the Dentist or not.) -Lifeless Boat: Kill a Target by dropped a Life Boat from stowage while the Target is on the Dock.
I know everyone thinks this and it's toxic. But I'm thinking Ignition Casino has to be rigged Literally every time I play some stupidly absurd thing happens. I might just be the unluckiest player in the world but I cannot comprehend it. For example, I have a 2 pair of AJ and the opponent calls with just a pair of aces and a low kicker and 2 diamonds. Suddenly the turn and river is 2 diamonds and he hits a flush. Okay fine. These things happen. Couple hands later I trap 10 10 with A A. The flop is 4 J 9 then of course 8 Q on the river for his straight. Couple hands later I have 3 3 and a 3 on flop. Opponent calls with 55 on turn and hits his 5 on river. There is literally nothing I can do because everything I do I get robbed. I know "this is poker", but this stuff happens online every single play for me. Legit every time I play online and am favored like 80% I somehow lose the hand. Its a joke. IC has to be rigged
Chapter 20 Finn and Rose make a daring escape. Rose, of course, manages to find the grating to help them escape, and then picks a fight about where they ought to go when they reach the bottom. Finn, who is learning how to diffuse her and avoid further physical assualt, uses a children’s game (the same as eeny meeny miny moo) to determine where they ought to go, and then admits to Rose how he rigged it. (Why? Finn! Don’t brag when you get the best of your abuser!) But apparently it’s okay this time, that he’s one upped her, and it makes her smile “just a little”. We end up in the Fathier stables again, with small stable boy. Small stable boy is convinced not to snitch when Rose shows him her fancy decoder ring that has the old Rebel Alliance symbol in it. (Tell me when you were a child, how involved were you in politics? I won’t belabour the point, but I don’t really thing a child would know anything of symbols more than 30 years in the past……) Fathier herds have a matriarch, and naturally Rose rides her. Apparently it’s surprising that Finn is terrified about riding a galloping animal. This seems like an odd thing to point out. Like, I can remember the first time I was on a horse and got it to canter. That was an exhilarating experience, and also scary, even after riding the same horse and having experience riding horses. I feel like I’m supposed to be in agreement with Rose - that this is an exhilarating experience, riding strange beasts away from the Po-po. Ugh this line: “Rose could feel the matriarch’s enormous lungs working beneath her hide, and the muscles of her neck and legs working in synchronization. It was like being atop a living machine - one built with exquisite precision to maximize speed.” It really comes across like Rose can’t believe these creatures are actually alive. Like she can’t see them for living creatures, beyond their use to her in this moment. I’m skipping ahead, but this seems to be in direct opposition to her upcoming lecture on how it’s awful that they are mistreated. Rose, you aren’t seeing them any more clearly than their owners see them. Plus, you don’t even think about what will happen to them after you’ve lead them to freedom. Are these creatures capable of survival in the wild of this planet? Or are we to believe that freedom followed by death from starvation or predation is better than a life of slavery? (erg) Apparently Rose isn’t directing the Fathier either. She (the Fathier) decides they ought to go storming through the casino. This doesn’t keep Rose from basking in the glory of watching people have to dive out of the way to avoid being trampled to death. (again, Rose’s love for chaos, pain, suffering…) Her moment of glory is when she shoves a valet into a pond with carnivorous fish. Wtf Rose! People who work at Casinos are bad people too??? You’ve encountered an indentured servant (broom boy) just minutes ago, but this man couldn’t possibly also be one? (Again,if Rose were a force sensitive and channeling the darkside, this would make a lot of sense….) We then wreck of a massage parlour, and then hurtle off to the beach, to watch their vehicle explode. Seems reasonable on the part of the Canto Bite Po Po, prevent Fathier rustlers from getting away with their stolen goods. Finn announces (after they’ve arrived at the cliff with the Po Po circling them) that “It was worth it to tear up that town.” What? Even Rose thinks this is a poorly written line for Finn: “Rose shot a surprised look his way. Was this the same Finn who’d seemed happy to hang around the hazard-toss tables and cabarets?” BB8 and DON’T JOIN arrive in the luxury star yacht. Rose hires him. Chapter 21 Rey reflects on her time on Acht too, and what she will have to say to Leia upon her return. “By telling her...what, exactly? That her brother had lost himself in bitterness and self-reproach? That after helping the Force find the balance it had sought, he had closed his sense to it, stubbornly rejecting its call? That he was willing to die alone on a speck of land in a namelss ocean on a forgotten planet while the galaxy burned around him?” Yes. We all wonder the same thing Rey. This is interrupted by shirtless Kylo Ren. The conversation…. Is it this bad in the movie? I don’t follow it at all. Rey wants to know why Kylo hated Han. Somehow this gets turned around into why doesn’t Rey hate her parents since they threw her away like garbage. (Are we to assume Kylo knows this from going through her head during the interrogation?) It’s odd. Rey seems to embody what this film is so determined to shout out, in actions and in words, “Let the past die, kill it if you have to”. She’s given up the dream of a family coming back for her, and is now focused on fighting for what is right. And then Kylo verbally pokes and prods her about all the past stuff that she’s moved on from. Because she has moved on from it. She left Jakku, she joined with Poe and Finn and BB8 to serve a bigger cause. Leaving the past behind is not a problem Rey has…. Then Kylo berates her for looking for parental figures in the adults around her. (...because seeking mentors is bad? What? Kylo are you trying to promote self sufficiency?) Flashback, it’s unilluminating. The only further insight the book offers is that Rey can feel the sincerity of Kylo, and knows that what he shared with her, he believes to be true. Luke reconnects with the force, and this triggers Leia to make a full recovery. I’ve heard of the “Living Force”, that stems right back to Qui-Gon and the prequels. Essentially a pantheistic view, but star wars style. All living things contain the force, the force surrounds, binds all things together. There’s no light or dark side to this, just the force present in all. Okay, gotcha. Now Luke introduces the “Cosmic Force”. Apparently Cosmic force has “an awareness, and a purpose, and a will.” The Wookieepedia page is not very helpful in expanding wtf that means. I’m not sure I have enough of an understanding to try and draw a parrallel to a similar belief or philosophy. (If you get this please comment and enlighten me!) Rey goes to hang out near the cave and contemplate going in. She reflects that Luke has warned her that to accept the offer would be to yield to the dark side. (Is that what happened in ESB? I thought the dark side cave was a tool to elicit from Luke what his greatest fear was and how his current impulsive actions might bring it about… I never interpreted it as an offer….) Rey slips, falls in, and the author is very careful not to describe the means she gets from the water to the rock as swimming. She “struggled” there. Okay, the mirror scene. Rey is upset that she doesn’t get to have a mirror of Erised moment like Harry Potter does. Frankly, I think we were all disappointed too. But this scene lets us know that truely, what Rey is most frightened of, scared of is being alone. Which I don’t really understand, because I don’t know how much more alone you can be when you are a starving day laborer with no other humans or companions on a hostile desert planet. Her life looked pretty lonely on Jakku…. After opening himself up to the Force, Luke realizes that Rey was right all along, everyone needs him. He’s all ready to join her, Chewie and Artoo and whiz off in the Falcon to join the Resistance. Oh boy! Alas, he bursts into Rey’s hut just as she’s finished telling Kylo all about her experience in the cave. (What? Why? Why would you tell that guy you hate?) And they are holding hands (What? why?Why are you holding hands with that guy you hate? That guy that mortally wounded that nice dude who helped you flee Jakku?) Luke is horrified by this display of (touching before marriage? Physical contact? Fraternizing with the murderer of many people including his good friend? Evidence of Snoke manipulating the perceptions of others? ) and changes his mind about everything I guess, since he starts walking away from the hut. Rey takes her staff, wallops Luke on the back of the head with it and he goes down in a heap. First off Rey should never play hockey. That is a gross violation of rule 48.1 (Illegal check to the head). Secondly, WHY ARE ALL THE WOMEN IN THIS MOVIE SO QUICK TO ANGER AND QUICK TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT MEN? WHAT THE FUCK? So Luke starts defending himself against this young women who is prepared to strike elderly men in the back, he disarms her, so she ignites her lightsaber. Maybe Luke is right about teaching… his students are terrible people. Another flashback. Good news, Rey can instruct Luke on why he failed. “You failed him by thinking his choice was made. It wasn’t. There’s still conflict in him. If he were turned from the dark side, that could shift the tide. This could be how we win.” What? I get that we are aware there’s conflict in Kylo. The whole scene with Han and Leia seems to be beating us over the head with his conflict. Why do we have to have Rey be the one who perceives this though? And why now? Why have her perceptions of Kylo changed? And yeah, Luke decides not to go with Rey because she thinks she can turn Kylo. I don’t really understand, but I guess I’m just supposed to see the parallels between ESB and Yoda and Obiwan not going with Luke to face Vader…. (Does someone have a better interpretation of this?)
(With apologies to Uncle Steve) Jay Everett stared up at the towering Twin Pines Hotel, one of the largest buildings this side of the Las Vegas gambling strip. It was a jutting structure built entirely out of steel beams and black glass. The Hotel was surrounded on all sides by the flashing neon lights of Casino Row, which danced across its glossy surface like the ghostly imprints of colored flames. Apparently this place offered some of the swankiest penthouses in the entire city, but Jay wasn’t here for a room. He’d only come here to gamble. He pushed through the front doors and entered the lobby, a spacious room with potted plants crawling up the walls like ivy. The place was packed with men in tuxedos and women in loose evening dresses. Jay felt smothered in his own suit, and he tried easing up the collar with one finger. It didn’t help much. He still felt like he was being throttled by his tie. Most of the crowd was moving toward the check-in desk, but Jay snuck his way through until he could see the flashing lights of the casino. A large metal beam stretched across the entrance. Beneath it was a sign that proclaimed TWIN PINES CASINO in bold, electric blue letters. A bear and a turtle and various other forest animals gamboled across either side. He managed to slip through the bustle without being too pushy, and then he was in. Light background jazz swept across him as he stepped into a world lit up by colored bulbs and strips of eerie black light. The casino actually wasn’t too crowded this early in the night. He almost had the entire place to himself. He stopped before a large, circular game machine emblazoned with the words GOLD KING. The game itself was nothing more than a large spinning disc divided into colored slices. Most of the sections were given small monetary values, but there was one tiny sliver that had been painted a solid gold. The game itself didn’t get too much activity, but the large statue perched above it could be seen from anywhere in the casino. It was a cartoony sculpture of a king wearing red robes and a golden crown. In his hand he held a royal scepter, which would flash brightly and let off a chorus of clanging bells whenever anyone hit the jackpot. Right now he was silent. His blank eyes stared out at the crowd, his mouth open in a creepy cartoon smile. You have until the Gold King goes off to make $19,000. Otherwise… Jay shivered. He couldn’t get Farrow’s threat out of his head; it echoed in his ears like the growl of a distant animal. Farrow himself was nowhere to be found, but Jay knew he’d stationed his cronies in every corner of this place. Some were probably disguised as security guards, others as bartenders or casino patrons. He couldn’t trust anybody. Any one of these people could be waiting to turn him in to Farrow the moment he backed out of this job. So he did what he was told to do. He took a deep breath, let his eyes sweep over the casino, and strode over to the game that stood out to him the most. He had a lot of money to win and not much time to do it. This was a world ruled by chance, where the simple roll of a die could decide a person’s fate, and any ordinary man would have been sweating in his suit by now. But Jay Everett was no ordinary man. Jay had always known how different he was, even as a kid. It wasn’t that he looked or acted stranger than other people. He was just perceptive. He knew the answers in class before his teacher even finished speaking, although he quickly learned to keep this to himself. He could find things too. When little things went missing around the house, Jay always knew just where to look. He couldn’t explain how. He just did. He also had an uncanny skill with numbers. He’d never used a calculator in his entire life and he couldn’t understand why his classmates were so helpless without it. By the time he’d reached 9th grade, he was already taking the highest level math courses his high school could offer. It wasn’t long before he caught the eye of several prestigious business schools, which practically tripped over themselves getting him to apply. He never had to worry about his future. Jay ended up leaving high school early and heading to Stanford, where he started down the fast track to a career in finance. He was snatched up by Tony Salvatore right after graduation. Salvatore was a business tycoon who’d left his footprint in every major city across the country, and he was eager to take Jay on board as his new head of finance. “I’ve been waiting for a kid like you,” he’d said, clapping Jay on the shoulder. “Someone who knows how to crunch the numbers and keep his mouth shut.” It was true that Jay hardly ever talked; it was a habit from his youth that he hadn’t yet outgrown. He just didn’t trust himself to speak. He knew things about Salvatore, things he couldn’t possibly know – like how he came in late on Mondays because he’d spent the night before drinking and hitting his wife, or how he’d gotten bite marks under his collar from a violent fling with his receptionist. Tony would walk into the room and the knowledge would hit Jay in the face like a foul stench. He valued his job, so he kept quiet. He discovered Salvatore’s biggest scandal completely by accident. Jay had stayed late at the office that night to finish up one of his revenue forms, which kept coming up $100 short. It was baffling to him. He’d never had an issue with numbers before, not even a minor issue like this, and he didn’t understand why he kept finding the same inconsistency. So he pulled up some other forms to see if he could trace the cause of the missing hundred. It would have been a cold trail for anyone else, but Jay was good at finding things, and he managed to dig up an encrypted file with a bunch of forms that had never made it into the system. He set up a program to decode the files and discovered that they were all bank deposits – deposits of exactly $100. The missing money was being funneled into an account under the name “Enrico Balazar.” At first Jay didn’t know what to do with the info he’d dug up. This was fraud, fraud of the highest degree, and Salvatore had to be turned in. Jay had no desire to defend the crooked son of a bitch. But he wasn’t stupid – he knew Salvatore had connections in low places, and if Jay made this information public, he’d have a target on his head. He sat in the dark for a while and cycled through his options. When Salvatore showed up for work the next day, Jay intercepted him right outside his office. “Sorry to bother you, sir,” he said. “I was just about to send the tax forms to our Boston division when my computer crashed. Is there any way you could send them out for me?” The bit about the computer was true; he’d just neglected to mention that he’d crashed it himself. Salvatore stared at the papers in Jay’s hand with bleary, reddened eyes. He just had a shot of whiskey in his car. As usual, the thought hit Jay completely out of the blue. Salvatore eventually reached out and took the papers, crumpling them a bit in his fist. “Hold on a sec,” he grunted. He took the papers into his office and set them on the desk, then leaned over to type his password on the computer. Jay’s eyes followed him carefully. Then Salvatore placed the forms in his scanner and began the uploading process. Jay stayed late again, waiting until the last of the workers had left the office before typing a quick command on his keyboard. There was a brief popping sound. The power in his part of the building flickered for a moment, and Jay knew the cameras were disabled. He had a good hour or so before they came back on again. He’d kept a pair of gloves in his briefcase all day, and he slipped them on now as he headed to Salvatore’s office. The tycoon’s personal computer sat in the corner, its screen flashing with an insistent message: PASSWORD? Jay leaned forward and typed it in, his fingers copying the same pattern Salvatore had used this morning. A quiet beep, a loading bar, and he was in. He got to work immediately. When Jay arrived at work the next day, a police car was parked outside the building, lights flashing and everything. He arrived just in time to watch the cops shoving a handcuffed Salvatore into the backseat. Jay made sure to keep his face hidden, just in case, but Salvatore had his eyes turned to the ground. “What happened?” Jay asked one of his coworkers. “You’ll never believe it, man. Some kind of virus got into Salvatore’s computer and made all of his private files go public. It turns he was channeling a big chunk of his clients’ cash to this mob boss in New York. Balthazar or something.” “No kidding,” Jay replied. He watched as the car carrying Tony Salvatore turned the corner and disappeared down 5th Avenue. It was then that he noticed a figure who was standing at the edge of the crowd, his face hidden by the brim of a dark baseball cap. Everyone else was staring down the street, but this man was facing Jay instead. He had his hands tucked into the pockets of a black leather jacket and a thin layer of dark stubble on his face. As soon as Jay noticed him, he lifted a hand from his pocket and gestured for Jay to come over. Jay was hesitant, but it was broad daylight and he was surrounded on all sides by people. It was safe. He circled around the crowd and approached the dark stranger. “Do I know you?” he asked. The man didn’t answer right away. Instead, he reached out and slapped something small and square into the palm of Jay’s hand. Then Jay finally got a glimpse of his eyes beneath the cap. They were shrewd and calculating, a glassy blue that made Jay think of the surface of a frozen pond. “I saw,” he said. “And if you’re interested, I could use your kind of expertise.” Jay glanced at the object in his hand. It was a business card, nothing but a name and a set of digits. He frowned. “I’m sorry, I don’t –” But when he looked up, the man had already disappeared. That was the first time Jay met Rick Farrow. Jay sipped from his wine glass and watched as people tried their luck on the Twin Pines slot machines. In theory, the outcome of these games was completely random. But Jay knew that most of these machines cycled through a random number sequence, and unless it had been rigged to prevent this issue, one could theoretically spot a pattern. The casino owners needed to make sure that some people walked away winners, after all. Not everyone. Just enough to keep people playing. There was a pattern, but it was so subtle that the average person would never have noticed it. 19 pulls got you three cherries and a decent amount of cash. 95 pulls got you a row of three gold coins. And after 171 pulls of the lever, three 7s would plunk into place, bells would go off, and the ring of bulbs around the game would burst into life. Jay watched the colored lights dance across the face of each excited winner. So he sat at the bar, ordered another wine, and waited. He made a mental check mark every time someone new stepped up to play the game. And when the 170th person walked away, he set down his glass, strode over to the machine, and played. The wheels whirled for a good few seconds before settling on the jackpot. The lights flashed, the bells rang, and a flood of coins spilled out of the machine. He collected his winnings without a smile. Now that Tony Salvatore had been removed from his position as CEO, his offices in New York got shuttered. Jay suddenly found himself jobless and in desperate need of cash, as Salvatore had been paying for him to live in a nice apartment on the east side of town. Despite his impressive work history, he seemed to carry with him a kind of stigma for being even somewhat associated with the Salvatore name. So, with no other options, Jay contacted Rick Farrow. The mysterious man arranged to meet with him at once. He conducted Jay’s interview in a rented office space not too far from the old Salvatore building. Farrow asked most of the questions, and he nodded along pleasantly as Jay talked about his passion for numbers and his experiences studying at Stanford. Farrow was a curious character. He never seemed to take off his black leather jacket, which looked slightly too big for his slender frame. His cheeks were sharp and bony and his facial hair was carefully trimmed. It was a fairly imposing look, but when he smiled it completely transformed his character. He was a charismatic individual. One way or another, he seemed capable of winning anybody over. Farrow was impressed by Jay’s experiences, especially by the way he had so cleverly exposed Salvatore, although he refused to tell Jay how he’d seen that particular bit of espionage. In any case, Farrow thought Jay’s skills were perfect for the job, and he told Jay he would take him on immediately. Housing would be provided in one of the apartment complexes near their base of operations. Payment was substantial and would come in on a monthly basis. Jay hardly heard any of this; he was just excited to be welcomed into such a secretive underworld. The weeks passed by quickly as Jay got initiated into his new life. Farrow explained to him that Salvatore had just been the tip of a very large and very dangerous iceberg. CEOs all over the state were funneling illicit cash to various crime bosses in the city, and Farrow had made it his goal to cut off the head of the snake. Multiple snakes, in this case. That was where Jay and the rest of the tech specialists came in. They had an eye for the little details that could bring a corrupt CEO down from the inside. To accomplish this, Farrow and several of his associates went around the city and placed cameras in strategic locations. Sometimes they even hacked into company networks so the tech-heads back at the base could break through any encrypted files. It was tireless work, but Jay loved it. He had never felt more in his element. It gave him a thrill to think that he was doing something with his life, that he was using his knowledge to make the world a slightly better place. Most of the time they operated out of an abandoned warehouse in one of the emptier sections of the city. Farrow had the whole place rigged up with state of the art security systems and a few dozen computers. Jay and the other tech-heads spent most of the time cracking codes and analyzing the footage from Farrow’s secret cameras. If they found any incriminating evidence, they were to report it right away. Then Farrow would take some of his cronies and disappear into the city for a few days. In very rare cases, Farrow would ask one of the tech-heads to come with him on an assignment. This only ever happened if the job required hacking skills that Farrow himself didn’t possess. Jay was fairly new to the whole game, so Farrow usually passed him up for one of the more experienced techies. He didn’t mind; in fact, he was nervous about returning the field. The Salvatore affair seemed like it had happened ages ago. He wasn’t quite sure he was ready to sneak around in gloves and a ski-mask again. Jay was busy scanning footage one evening when he heard the slam of a door and the sound of muffled shouting from below. He frowned and took off his headphones. It was definitely Farrow shouting – Jay would have recognized that gravelly voice anywhere. He just couldn’t make out any of the words. Placing the headphones gingerly on the monitor, he got out of his seat and tiptoed over to the door. The main operations room was on the second floor, so Jay peered over the railing on the catwalk to see what was happening below. Farrow and a few of his masked associates were gathered around one of the other tech-heads. Jay thought it looked like Bruno, the guy who worked with him on Tuesdays. He had his back against a drainage pipe and was holding his hands up helplessly. “You took off your fucking mask! Do you know how serious this is?” Farrow was yelling. Even from this high up, Jay could see the angry crease in his eyebrows. “They’ve got your face now. It’ll be all over their security cameras. Your stupid slip-up could have put our entire operation at risk!” “I-I-I’m sorry,” Bruno stammered. “It won’t happen again, I promise!” “You’re damn right it won’t,” Farrow growled. Then he drew a gun from inside his jacket and shot Bruno in the head. Jay clapped a hand to his mouth to stifle a scream. Half of the techie’s face was missing, bits of his skin and brain tissue spraying out onto the warehouse floor. His blood splattered across the drainage pipe and trickled to the ground. Jay could hear the steady drip all the way from the catwalk. He ducked back inside the operations room before Farrow could look up and see him there. His heart was pounding out an erratic beat on his ribcage. As quickly as he could, he slid into his seat and stuck the headphones back over his ears. He hummed a senseless little tune under his breath, trying to make himself look as carefree and oblivious as possible. If Farrow knew what he had just seen… he held back a shudder. Farrow appeared in the doorway a few minutes later, the specks of blood completely wiped from his face. He’d changed into a cleaner jacket too. As Farrow walked past the row of flashing computer screens, Jay tried to calm his racing pulse. “Any good news?” Farrow asked. He placed a hand on Jay’s shoulder, peering down at the monitor. They shoved his body in the wood chipper. The knowledge hit him like a jolt of lightning, clear and strong. It took every ounce of his willpower to force a smile. “Nothing so far,” he said. “It’s pretty quiet tonight.” He was amazed he could keep his voice from trembling. Farrow stared at the screen for a few painfully long moments, then coughed. “Keep up the good work,” he said. He let go of Jay’s shoulder and drifted toward the exit. The masked associates followed him like obedient dogs. When Jay was finally sure he could breathe easy again, he wiped a line of sweat from his brow. He was badly shaken, and not just because he’d seen his coworker shot in cold blood. He was questioning himself now, questioning the whole purpose of this assignment. If Farrow could do something so cruel and violent in the walls of his own compound, what was he doing out in the real world? After making sure the coast was clear, Jay opened up a web browser and began searching for names. He’d been so busy working this job that he’d never bothered to check the papers, to see what was really going on outside the compound. All the news about the crooks they’d toppled had come through Farrow himself. But the search results Jay found online painted a very different story. Farrow had said that the elderly Mitch Cullum had been arrested for siphoning funds to a New York crime syndicate, but Jay managed to dig up the old man’s obituary. Cause of death: gunshot wound. Nancy Deepneau, a leading member of a dental corporation in New York City, had gone missing three months ago. And David Tassenbaum, a prominent figure in the computer business, had been mugged to death in an alley, his body so beaten it had been almost impossible to identify. Jay found a dozen more examples of the “corrupt CEOs” Farrow had supposedly brought to justice. The only thing they had in common was that they’d all been very rich, and there had been discrepancies in their corporate funding following each death or disappearance. The police were unable to track down any leads. His fingers trembling, Jay shut down the browser. For a moment he could only stare at the screen in front of him. What the hell could he do? It wasn’t like he could play dumb forever. He was an expert at staying strategically silent, but a secret this huge would find its way out eventually. His body language would betray him first. The moment he started fidgeting too much, Farrow would know the truth. So he did the only thing he could think of. He disappeared. Erasing yourself from existence is next to impossible. You would have to delete every record of your birth, your social security, your education, your medical insurance, your credit card accounts – any and all places where your name could be found in writing. But Jay was persistent, and he knew things. He accessed every database he possibly could and systematically wiped himself off the map. There were some records he knew he could never touch, but if they were out of his reach, the chances of Farrow finding them were slim to none. He was an invisible man now. Once he was done, he put down the headphones, shut off the monitor, and strode out the front door of the warehouse. It was only a matter of time until Farrow noticed his absence, but he planned to put a few thousand miles between them before that happened. He was free. He’d been shaken to his core, but he was free, and that was all that mattered. He’d have plenty of time later to think about the horrors he’d seen. And who knows? Maybe this was it. Maybe this whole affair was behind him, and one day it would just become a ghastly dream, a nightmare from someone else’s reality. But deep down, he knew it wouldn’t be that easy. “Red 38,” Jay stated. He handed his chips to the croupier, who stacked them on the side of the table with the bets from the other players. Then he gave the roulette wheel a spin. Jay watched as the colors bled together, streaking in an ugly smear of crimson gray. After a few seconds, the croupier tossed the ball down the spinning track. It bounced and rolled every which way before coming to rest in one of the 38 slots. Red 38 exactly. “Damn, you’re on a roll,” the croupier said. He handed Jay his original chips plus the payout. “Sure you want to keep going? This luck of yours can’t last forever.” “I’m sure,” Jay answered. He took a deep breath, waiting for the answer to wash over him like it always did. Then he placed his chips back down on the table and stated, “Black 13. Last bet.” The croupier shrugged and took the chips. They went through the same routine. The roulette wheel spun in its blurry circle, and the ball bounced around for a while before plunking into its final slot. Black 13. Jay ignored the astonished remarks of the croupier and accepted his winnings silently. He couldn’t stay at this table forever, so he turned away from the Rose Bowl Roulette and cast his eyes across the casino. The night was lengthening and the room was filling up with players, most of them clutching thin glasses of cognac and laughing with their friends. He searched for any sign of Farrow’s men, but it was useless – he’d never find them in this crowd. He didn’t want to look, but he couldn’t help glancing at the Gold King’s looming statue. It was still dark and silent. Now that the place was getting busy, though, the chances of someone winning the jackpot had risen significantly. Time was running out. Jay hated using what he knew to win games. It was one thing to find the pattern of outcomes for a slot machine; anyone with half a brain and enough time on their hands could do the same. But what he could do was cheating. No one could ever catch him at it, which somehow made it worse. He’d decided a long time ago that he’d never do exactly what he was doing now. But he didn’t have a choice. He was over halfway to his goal, closer to three-fourths, really, and he couldn’t afford to waste time now. If he had to cheat, then so be it. Too much was at stake tonight. The years following Jay’s escape passed in a dreamlike sort of blur. He moved out west, hopping briefly from town to town and spending his nights in cheap hotel rooms. He had to pay in cash, of course, since his credit card account had recently ceased to exist. Luckily he had plenty to go around. He had a natural talent for hustling, and he won most of his money by playing pool games or dealing hands of poker in the back of shady bars. He never stayed with the same car for too long. He always knew when some idiot driver had left their keys in the ignition, and he took every opportunity to hop in a new vehicle and continue the journey west. He felt a little guilty about hijacking so many rides, but it never bothered him for long. He was far more afraid of Farrow catching up to him. Occasionally he would seek out some underground sources who had a reputation for forging documents. He needed a new identity, which meant a new birth certificate and social security card and everything. He eventually settled on the name Jay Everett – “Jay” after the first letter of his old name, and “Everett” after a small saloon he’d passed through in Denver. He didn’t get all his documents forged in one location. He staggered them, picking up a new one every few stops to try and throw Farrow off his trail. By the time he reached Nevada, he figured he’d placed enough distance between himself and Farrow to finally settle down. He got a low-level office job and rented out a tiny apartment at the edge of Boulder City. As the years passed and his stint with Farrow faded from his memory, he finally began to live a normal life again. He fell in love. He married a beautiful girl named Marcia Thorne who knew nothing about his past, and they had a son together. Trace Everett. He grew up like any ordinary boy, kicking soccer balls around the yard and playing hide-and-seek with the other kids in the neighborhood. When he turned seven they even bought him a small black-and-white dachshund that he affectionately dubbed “Billy.” From that point on the boy and the dog were inseparable; they often went on walks together before his parents called them in for dinner. Jay was happy. He’d gotten away from his past; he’d moved on from a life he thought would haunt him forever. He made love to his beautiful wife and watched cartoons with Trace on Saturdays. It was a perfect routine, and he never wanted it to end. Then one night, ten years after Jay had made his escape from Farrow’s compound, a power surge went through their entire house. The Everetts had been enjoying their Sunday dinner when it happened. The bulb above the kitchen table gave a loud sputter before dying out completely. Billy gave a loud bark and began running in circles around the table. “Calm down boy, it’s just a blackout,” Trace said. He got out of his chair and restrained the dog before he could knock into any of the table legs. “That’s funny,” Marcy said, peering out the window. “The neighbors’ houses still have power.” Jay joined her by the window, frowning. “Hmm. Must be something wrong with our circuit breaker,” he said. “You two go look for some flashlights. I’ll see if I can fix the problem.” The three of them wandered off, stumbling their way through the dark. Jay found the door to the basement and began climbing downward, clinging carefully to the railing. He knew the breaker was located at the bottom of the steps, right next to the garage. He reached the end of the stairs and fumbled in the gloom for the circuit box. To his surprise, the door to the box was already wide open. As Jay’s eyes adjusted somewhat to the darkness, he saw that every single wire in the box had been snipped cleanly in half. Shit, he thought, oh shit, I should have known. But it was too late now. He felt the muzzle of a gun dig into his shoulder blades. “I’ve been looking a long time for you,” Farrow said. His voice floated through the darkness in a soft, amused sort of growl. “You’re the one that got away. Isn’t that cute? You wouldn’t believe how many goddamn hoops I had to jump through just to track you down. But now I’ve got you.” “It’s been ten years,” Jay hissed. “Ten fucking years. What could you possibly want?” Farrow made a disapproving sound with his tongue. “We’ll get to that in a moment,” he said. “First, we have some introductions to make.” Right on cue, Billy began barking furiously in the kitchen. Jay could hear Trace’s high-pitched voice trying to shout over him. “No, no, what are you doing, stop, he’s just a dog HE’S JUST A DOG STOP IT –” Then a gunshot, a muffled whimper, and a shriek that could only have been Marcy. “Jay!” she screamed. “Oh god, oh god, there’s men in the house, they’ve got guns! They shot Billy!” “Time for our big entrance,” Farrow laughed. He shoved Jay in the back with his pistol, forcing him up the basement steps. Jay plodded forward, hardly able to feel his feet. This must be a nightmare, he thought. I’m going to wake up any second now. But he knew that wasn’t true, the same way he knew so many other impossible things. When Farrow pushed him into the kitchen, four dark shapes were waiting for him there. Two of them were Trace and Marcy, their hands behind their heads, their entire upper bodies trembling. The other two were some of Farrow’s masked associates. Each one held a pistol to the head of the prisoner beside them. Marcy let out a sob when she saw Jay climbing up the steps. “Oh god, Jay, not you too?” “Quiet,” one of the masked figures ordered. His voice sounded strangely distorted, like he was speaking through a filter. Marcy drew in a shuddery breath but stayed quiet. “So, the gang’s all here!” Farrow exclaimed. “Wonderful.” He performed an exaggerated bow, his gun still nestled in the small of Jay’s back. “I’m Rick Farrow, a man of many trades. Right now I’m a man with a gun. Funny how that gives you so much power, doesn’t it?” Jay said nothing. In his mind’s eye he could see the gun Farrow was holding, a thin barreled pistol that looked like something out of a Western. A Colt Paterson revolver, his brain spat out uselessly. As if it mattered. It would put a large hole in his chest no matter what type of gun it was. “It appears you folks have already met my men,” Farrow went on. “They’re pretty low on the corporate ladder, but they do what they’re told, and what more could a man ask for?” He lifted the gun from Jay’s back to do a mock sort of clap with both hands. Jay wasn’t fooled; he didn’t move an inch. He was still Farrow’s prisoner, even if he was no longer at gunpoint. “What do you want with us?” Marcy asked. Her face was damp with tears, but she’d managed to steady her breathing. Trace leaned against his mother’s legs with a scrunched up expression of anger in his eyes. He was trying so hard not to cry. Jay did his best to look away from the furry mass on the floor that used to be Trace’s beloved dog. “What do I want?” Farrow said. “Ah, therein lies the question.” He turned his attention back to Jay, his eyes still bright and glassy blue in the darkness. “So, you go by ‘Jay’ now, do you?” He said it again, slowly this time, as if to savor its taste. “Jay. I like it. Nice and low-key. It suits you well.” He gave Jay a casual tap on the shoulder with his pistol. A toothless smile appeared on his face when he saw Jay wince. “You were good, Jay,” Farrow said quietly. “You were one of my best, actually. When you took off like that, I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find you. But I kept trying. The other tech-heads made stupid mistakes, botched their missions; they were disposable. But you. You were the grand prize, the golden fleece. I needed you back. You did stuff with numbers that could make a fella’s heart sing.” Here Farrow paused. His glassy eyes were staring more intently at Jay this time, a careful sort of scrutiny that made his skin grow cold. “But it’s not just numbers, is it? You see things. Patterns, clues, tiny details other people would miss. That’s what makes you so special. That’s why I need you.” “Just tell me,” Jay spat through clenched teeth. “Tell me what you want to do. I’ll do anything.” This time the smile that creased Farrow’s bony cheeks was wide and toothy. “Now that’s more like it,” he said. “Have I got a job for you, big boy. This one’ll be right up your alley.” Jay said nothing, waiting for Farrow to break the silence first. “Here’s the thing,” Farrow said at last. “There’s a man out in Las Vegas by the name of Jonas Carver. He runs a big casino in the heart of the city called Twin Pines. My men and I have been eyeing the place for years and we’re just about ready to strike him where it hurts.” He pointed an enthusiastic finger at Jay. “What I want you to do is take a hefty chunk out of this man’s wallet. Let’s say… $19,000. Enough to make him question the security in his casino. Afterwards, when he’s checking for cracks, we’ll sneak in and do our part.” “Are you going to kill him?” Jay said. His voice came out hoarse and weak. Farrow grinned. “Don’t worry about Mr. Jonas Carver. He’ll be in good hands. You just focus on playing the right games and making the most moolah.” Jay’s neck felt stiff as a board, but he nodded. “I’ll do it,” he insisted. “Just let them go.” “Ah,” Farrow said. “We’ve reached that little snag.” He began pacing the kitchen floor in front of Jay, swinging his revolver like a baseball bat. “See, the thing is, I can’t do that. I need a little insurance here. If I let them go, what’s stopping you from running off to the West Indies for another ten years or so?” “I won’t,” Jay managed to choke out. “Listen to me, goddammit. I won’t run. Just let them go.” Farrow pretended to think about it for a second. “Nah,” he decided. “Tell you what. Let’s play a game instead. Inside the Twin Pines Casino, there’s a wheel-of-fortune type game called Gold King. You can’t miss it. It’s got this ugly fucking statue of a cartoon king on top. Every night, without fail, someone wins the jackpot and bells go off and that statue waves its flashing staff at everyone. But only once. For the rest of the night it’s just a statue.” When Farrow turned to Jay again, his eyes were icy. “Tomorrow night,” he said. “You have until the Gold King goes off to make $19,000. Otherwise your family gets it.” He made a careless gesture at them with his pistol. “One shot each, right in the head. Boom. Boom. And you have to watch.” “I’ll do it,” Jay repeated. “I’ll play your goddamn game the way you want. But unless I fail, you’d better not lay a finger on them.” Farrow was examining something under one of his fingernails. “Done,” he stated. He waved his hand absently toward the door. “Take them away, men. You know where to go.” The two masked men dragged Marcy and Trace out the back door, both of them crying out and struggling to get free. “Be quiet,” the first masked figure said in his distorted voice. “If you don’t shut up, we’ll make you shut up.” Both of them immediately quieted down, but they couldn’t hide the expressions of pure fear that were plastered across their faces. Jay felt blood pumping furiously through his veins as he watched his family getting dragged away. Farrow lifted his hand and gave them a pleasant wave as they disappeared out the back door. In the side window of the kitchen, Jay managed to catch a glimpse of Marcy’s face for what he hoped wasn’t the last time ever. He blew her a kiss with trembling lips, but the masked men shoved her and Trace into a waiting van before she could see it. Then the two of them were gone. Jay was in the middle of a poker game when the Gold King bells went off. He’d managed to keep his cool throughout the entire night, but the blood drained from his face when he heard the loud clanging noise echoing through the casino. He turned to see the cartoon statue gamboling in place, flashing its toothy smile at the surrounding players. The scepter in its hand was dancing with flecks of neon light. No, he thought in disbelief. No, not yet! I was almost there! He’d been so close to the $19,000 mark that this poker game would probably have pushed him over the edge. The Gold King had gone off just as he was about to play his final hand. Now he watched the statue spin in lazy circles, its hideous bells still ringing in his eardrums. “Hey,” a voice said suddenly. It was the dealer, trying to get Jay’s attention. “Hey buddy, this is the last hand. Are you calling or folding?” Jay looked at him in surprise, then down at the cards in his shaky fingers. He hadn’t even bothered to look at them yet. What was even stranger, his usual powers of perception were failing him. He knew what all the other hands looked like, he knew who was bluffing through their teeth and who posed a legitimate threat, but he didn’t even know what cards he was holding. He wondered how long it would take for Farrow’s men to cut through the crowd and take him away. He figured he had about thirty seconds, a minute at most. Was it possible? Could he make enough off this hand to complete Farrow’s sick challenge? The Gold King hadn’t finished its death knoll yet when the final hand was dealt. It was a technicality, but he was banking on it. It might just save Marcy and Trace’s lives. Now it was up to these last five cards to decide if they saw the light of another day. He offered a quick prayer to a God he never believed in. Then he turned the cards over and stared down at the hand he’d been dealt.
To criticize Marco Rubio from the fascist standpoint, it is necessary to refer to the theories of Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr., a brilliant political thinker and perennial candidate whose contributions to political science have been sadly overlooked by the political orthodoxy. It was the opinion of LaRouche that the United States of America is controlled by a cabal of Jewish Freemasons working in tandem with Queen Elizabeth to undermine the republic. According to LaRouche,
Literally thousands of operatives for the Zionist lobby have penetrated the halls of Congress, the State and Defense Departments, the CIA, and American business and labor organizations to gather information which is then transmitted up the chain of command to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and the Maltese Order. These agents gather information and intelligence on U.S. national security policy, corporate policy, and financial policy for transmission to the enemy. Their loyalties lie not with the United States but with the Zionist-British organism. The Zionist octopus must be eliminated.1
The majority of these Jewish Freemasons are Zionists, that is, they have either been brainwashed or indoctrinated with the idea that God has ordained the state of Israel to belong exclusively to the Jews, even though their scripture expressly contradicts this. In fact, the Zionist fallacy has been most effectively refuted by Neturei Karta, a group of ultra-orthodox Jews whose literal interpretation of the Talmud precludes the legitimacy of a political Israel. Rubio is, indeed, controlled by Jewish Freemasons who have sworn a blood bond with the Baron de Rothschild and the Knights of Malta. The Knights of Malta are the earthly representatives of seven demons known as the archons. But I digress. LaRouche’s thesis, which was contemptuously derided as paranoid fiction by the insufferable Marxists who dominate the academic milieu, is now being vindicated by the discovery of a dossier containing previously classified documentation on Sen.Rubio’s participation in a secret government program conducted by MI5, the intelligence arm of the British government. These documents were obtained by the journalist Glenn Greenwald, who is said to have received them via e-mail from the notorious hackers’ collective known only as Anonymous. If you are easily disturbed, I urge you to read no further. The information in the dossier reveals the tactics and methods used by British agents to not only coerce Rubio, but actively brainwash him so that he would become a de facto double agent in the services of the British government, whose objective was in the fomentation of subversion in this nation. On a balmy night in 1982, Rubio was schmoozing at a Miami party when he was approached by a strange personage known only as The Mystery Man, who asked to speak with him in private. Rubio acquiesced. Once Rubio had been isolated from the other guests, The Mystery Man informed him that the he had been handpicked by the Queen of England as the sole candidate for a secret experiment conducted by the British Psychological Warfare Division under the auspices of MI5. Rubio was informed that should he agree to participate in the program, he would be compensated to the tune of one million dollars, paid in a lump sum and deposited in an escrow account. He was handed a contract. Rubio, who had been mesmerized by money ever since his adolescence, when he was first bewitched by the bodacious butts and boobs of the babes of Miami Beach, skimmed the fine print and signed on the dotted line. The next day, he was apprehended by several men in suits who were working on behalf of the Baron de Rothschild, then sequestered in a black limousine, whisked to the airport, and escorted on a plane bound for Heathrow Airport. Upon his arrival in the terminal, Rubio was met by a cadre of police officers, who informed him that he was under arrest. He was unceremoniously shoved into an unmarked Volkswagen Beetle, blindfolded, and driven to an undisclosed location. He was first injected with sodium thiopental, and then placed in solitary confinement for seven days, where he was tortured and forced to watch a series of disturbing videos, including snuff films, actual depictions of rape, and pickle surprise, all while being forced to listen to Enya’s “Only Time” on endless repeat. These tactics were borrowed from the LaRouche movement, who had previously referred to them as “ego-stripping” and “psywar techniques.” Once he had been fully conditioned, Rubio’s brain was then connected to a strange contraption referred to as the Influencing Machine. The Influencing Machine was originally commissioned by the Anglo-Dutch banking cartels and designed for use by the Dutch intelligence agency AIVD, for this reason, its measurements were made according to the metric system, and the notation of its blueprints are written according to metric standards. The purposes of the Influencing Machine was to determine whether a machine could be designed which could control someone’s mind from a remote distance. This was particularly useful to both MI5 and the AIVD, whose control of the world economy was contingent on the world’s population continuing to be enslaved to the dogma of political economy. Rubio’s brain was zapped with lasers and a series of tests were conducted to ensure that his will had been completely subordinated to the Machine; in other words, after his brain was zapped, his thoughts and actions were now in the control of the machine’s operators. A tiny camera was installed in his forehead so that his operators would be able to monitor his field of vision. He was then disconnected from the Machine, and a second series of tests were performed to ensure that his movements could be controlled by a propriety wireless software based on technologies invented by Thomas Dolby. Once it had been established that Rubio’s mind was fully controlled by the Influencing Machine, he was transferred to the Department of Pneumatic Chemistry, which is itself a subsidiary of MI5. The Department of Pneumatic Chemistry was at that time staffed with a rogue group of meteorological revisionists known colloquially as “The Air Loom Gang.” The Air Loom Gang was, and continues to be comprised of several famous celebrities, including Kenny G, Yanni, and John Tesh. Other members of the Air Loom Gang include faceless characters known only by pseudonyms such as “the Middleman,” “Glove Woman,” and “Sir Archy,” all of whom conduct their business under the supervision of the evil astrologer Dane Rudhyar, whose method of calculating the transits of Transpluto have earned him wide acclaim amongst Scientologists. Now that he was fully under the control of the Influencing Machine and the Air Loom Gang, it was decided that Rubio should be dispatched back to the United States to recommence his political career. He was able to immediately assimilate back into the political scene; this time, however, he was a replicant whose every move was being remotely manipulated by the Air Loom Gang. Fast forward to today. The machinations of the Air Loom Gang have been so successful that Rubio’s popularity is skyrocketing. As a result, the Queen of England sends a memo to Reince Priebus, the Chairman of the Republican National Committee. The memo commands Priebus to ensure Rubio qualifies as a candidate for the Republican primaries. Priebus, who strongly prefers George Pataki, at first balks at the Queen’s command. Priebus, who was then on a business trip in L.A., arrived at his satellite office only to find it abandoned, with a note on the door. An address was listed on the note. Priebus was instructed to drive to this address immediately or risk immediate termination. Accordingly, Priebus jumped into his rental car and began driving eastward, up into the California mountains. He drove for hours, and as the night wore on, began to become anxious. Why had the office been abandoned? Who had placed the note on the door? What if he was being duped? He decided to continue on the journey. Once he arrived at his destination, he turned off the ignition, disembarked from the automobile, and was accosted by an enigmatic figure known only as The Cowboy, who communicated a series of instructions. Priebus was instructed not only to file a formal declaration on behalf of Rubio to the Federal Election Commission, he was also commanded to do everything in his power to ensure that Rubio wins the nomination. Priebus was warned that he or his relatives would be kidnapped and murdered if he failed to comply with these requests. The Cowboy then reiterated the demands of the Queen, and instructed Priebus to catch the next flight to Miami. The Cowboy then departed. Priebus capitulated to these demands, and flew back to Miami immediately to meet with Rubio. Phase I of the total subversion of the American nation by the British Crown was complete. Priebus filed the necessary paperwork the next day. The minute that he filed it, he sent a text message to Frank Luntz, his business associate. Unbeknownst to Priebus, Luntz was in Vegas at the behest of several Jewish Freemasons, who had convened there for a convention on deism. Luntz informed his superiors of the events which had transpired, and the Jewish Freemasons immediately sprang into action. Luntz was tasked with conducting focus groups which would provide the information necessary for the Air Loom Gang. You see, the Air Loom Gang needed to know which demographics to target. Once they had this information, they could manipulate Rubio’s thoughts and movements so that he would appeal to those demographics. Accordingly, Luntz dutifully obeyed his bosses, organizing several focus groups over a period of days. Luntz’s conclusions were indisputable: the focus groups indicated that Latinas would be the most important demographic in the 2016 presidential election. Luntz transmitted this information to the Department of Pneumatic Chemistry, which immediately began to orchestrate Rubio’s actions so that he appeals to the greatest number of Latinas, who the RNC (i.e. Jewish Freemasonry) has determined to be essential for winning the 2016 presidential election. All of Rubio’s actions are carefully choreographed by the Air Loom Gang to captivate the hearts of Latinas. If his shit-eating grin extends too widely, his facial muscles are manipulated by “Glove Woman” using a process known as “Lobster-cracking.” If the cadence of his vacuous platitudes and monotonous utterances becomes too predictable, then his Broca’s area is remotely massaged by “the Middleman” using a process known as “Apoplexy-working-with-the-nutmeg-grater.” Rubio is an automaton whose speeches consist of telepathic messages transmitted to him by Gary Spivey. Jorge Ramos was also brought on as a consultant to the Air Loom Gang. His thoughts are manufactured and his movements are choreographed by his controllers, who take particular pleasure in their vicarious romps with his wife, Jeannette (who is a spy for the AIVD.) After his candidacy was made official, Rubio’s campaign coffers were immediately flooded with cash from a fringe coalition of industrialists, Chinese crime bosses, used-car salesmen, vegetarians, Sandinistas, neo-Nazis, casino-capitalists, monarchists, democratic socialists, Virgos, vulture-fund CEOs, leprechauns, dialectic materialists, and Cuban frogmen, all working under the directives of Buckingham Palace. Let’s not forget also that the Miami Dolphins are colluding with Big Cocaine to orchestrate rallies for Marco Rubio. In fact Don Shula was summoned to Buckingham Palace last week in order to inform the Air Loom Gang how to improve Rubio’s appeal to football fans. His answer was to emphasize Rubio’s connections to various drug cartels in the Miami area. These events were the beginnings of Phase II of the campaign by the British Crown to undermine this nation by placing one of its moles in the Office of the Presidency. But in order for this to be accomplished the Queen of England and the Jewish Freemasons first have to make sure that the election is rigged. So Phase II has only been partially completed. The objectives of Phase II are to rig all voting machines so that the election is predetermined. Consequently, the Jewish Freemasons have instructed their minions who work at Diebold (now Election Systems Software) to install malicious software in the DRE’s and VVPAT’s that will ensure that all votes for George Pataki are actually allocated to Rubio. This is significant because a lot of Republicans are voting for Pataki, even though the polls, which have also been rigged by Frank Luntz (a Pisces working for the interests of Jewish Freemasony), say that Pataki has only 0.0% of votes. At this very moment, a plethora of situationist organizations are also being convoked to create propaganda favorable to Marco Rubio. These organizations are spearheaded by Captain Midnight and Vrillon of the Ashtar Galactic Command. All television airwaves have been hacked by the situationists, and all newspaper staffs have been replaced with situationists. In fact, all of the mainstream media has been infiltrated by the situationists, who are tasked with creating disinformation and propaganda intended to bamboozle Americans into having a favorable opinion of Sen. Rubio. The Air Loom Gang, meanwhile, continues to pull the strings on Rubio. A crucial mistake was made during the third Republican debate, when “Glove Woman” accidentally pulled a lever instead of pressing a button, causing Rubio to say “president” instead of "parent", when he was trying to politicize a fake tax credit. This was nearly a fatal glitch, but due to the comprehensive efforts of the situationists to bury the story, and due to the public being distracted by sports and entertainment, the gaffe went unnoticed. Let’s also remember that the American media is also owned by the same Jewish Freemasons who are rigging the election. It’s all disinformation and propaganda intended to bamboozle Americans into having a favorable opinion of Rubio. But as mentioned, these Jewish Freemasons work in concert with the Queen of England and the Anglo-Dutch criminals of the IMF to ensure that the Air Loom Gang follows their dictates to the smallest detail. There is a silver lining, however. Not all states have adopted DREs and VVPATs. In fact, the majority of states still use paper ballots. So as long as the information contained in this screed is disseminated throughout the United States as quickly as possible, it is still possible to defeat Rubio and the Jewish Freemasons who are both working for the Queen of England. The British are a crafty folk, always plotting and scheming. Worse, they harbor resentment against this nation ever since they were defeated in the Revolutionary War of 1776. The British want to exact revenge against the great people of this nation simply because they can’t handle defeat. The British are intrinsically evil; an uncontrollable rage, a sadistic craving for violence simmers underneath the mannerly equanimity and conscientious presumptuousness so characteristic of those islanders. The British must be defeated. Marco Rubio must be exposed. He must be exposed for what he is, a British spy, a foreign agent who has infiltrated American politics. He is a foreign agent who must be defeated. It is our duty as Americans to defeat Marco Rubio. It is our solemn duty. There is no excuse. Rubio must be defeated. The most important thing to emphasize is this. Wherever you go, whether it’s to the roller rink, the laundromat, or the five-and-dime, the most important thing is to speak the following statement to everyone you encounter: DO NOT VOTE FOR MARCO RUBIO. If they ask why, tell them it's because he wants to stop the party. It is our duty to save this country. If this information is circulated quickly enough, the Jewish Freemasons will not be able to get away with their crimes. Please pass this along to everyone you know.
LaRouche, Lyndon H. "Register the Zionist Lobby As Foreign Agents!" New Solidarity. (September 5, 1978): n. page. Print.
Name: Tai Voe Age: 34 Homeworld: Nar Shaddaa Race: Kel Dor Gender: Male Alignment: Lawful Good Affiliation: Jedi Order Faction Rank: Jedi Knight Force Sensitive: Yes. Appearance: Tai Voe wear's armored robes, making his status as a Jedi unmistakable and always clear. His skin is bright orange and his life support system has been clearly modified apart from other Kel Dor. Equipment: Aside from his armor, Tai's lenses have been enhanced with different optical modes, including infra-red and night vision. On his utility belt, he carries binders, a lockbreaker, a glowrod, a grapnel and line, his old toolkit, and of course his lightsaber. Even that has been customized. Tai's lightsaber has a heavy and durable frame with a second hilt jutting out. Giving it the appearance of a police baton. It also has shock teeth built into the base for non-fatal and non-maiming strikes. Personality: Tai Voe is quite humorless. He doesn't take anything lightly and one would find little in the way of laughs with him. Despite this, he's not at all dour or quick to anger. He's actually quite warm and personable, just not one for the jokes. His brain thinks in a straight line. So things such as playful insults or self-effacement simply don't match the way he thinks. Given his "say what I mean and mean what I say" attitude, it makes sense that he would usually look to solve a problem through direct action whenever possible. Not for lack of intelligence, he simply believes it better to look one's adversary in the eye and make no deceptions about what your intentions are. Strengths: Ironclad conviction. Once Tai Voe has deemed a villain an enemy of peace and justice, he cannot be dissuaded from bringing them down. Through the Force, his clarity of purpose becomes an unyielding vehicle of justice. Even when investigating lesser cases, fighting small military skirmishes, or combating low level gangsters, he still brings all his tools to bear. Tai Voe has the hardy build of his people on top of wearing armored robes. Like most Jedi, his body has been as well trained and honed as his mind, making him strong, fast, and agile. After traveling with Reen and learning that their enemies were fond of ambushes and multiple points of attack, Tai Voe made it a point to learn Form III, a style that he regularly employs. Though he also strongly gravitated to Form V, to the point of mastering it before his more commonly utilized Soresu. Weakness: When called upon to use any form of deception, including stealth, Tai Voe would rather storm the gate. What he acknowledges as the smart and sensible option nevertheless feels like a deep, compromise that he's not comfortable with. While he's not without a sense of tact, his blunt honesty can sometimes be off-putting. In contrast to his master, Tai Voe is not a survivalist. He functions best in urban environs. While he would never give into vengeance and anger, Tai Voe can appear to be quite indecisive and overly passive at times. In truth, he's in careful meditation about how to best allocate his energies but very often this can cost time. Backstory: Tai Voe was raised on Nar Shaddaa. While both of his parents weren't really present in his life, he was not lack for support as he had his extended family to help raise him, all owning part of a family business in luxury ship design. By far though the most important person in Tai Voe's life was Mik Todar, a Neimoidian hotel and casino mogul. When he was young, Tai Voe was gifted at tinkering, with some help from his family's technological experience. He crafted and modified his own life support systems even. Seeing an opportunity to break into a new market by having their ships dock directly at places of rest and recreation, the Voe's struck a deal to apprentice Tai to Todar as a personal mechanic. The move proved more beneficial than any could anticipate as Tai and Todar's relationship blossomed from boss and worker to surrogate father and son. As impressed as he was, Todar allowed the Voe's a sizeable portion of his company. Mik, despite the reputation of his people, was an honest businessman with an ironclad sense of fair play and honor. More than once, a deal had gone bad when he tried to be duplicitous and deceitful, as was expected of him, but refusing to compromise had yielded far greater profit. He passed these lessons on to his young friend. Cheaters and liars never prosper in the end, honesty truly was the best policy. Unfortunately, Mik would pay dearly for this honesty when he was framed for rigging the games in his casino. Voe's family taking it into their hands as a small consultation. Tai knew he was framed, he didn't exactly know how he knew. Beyond the word of his mentor, there was this sensation, not a feeling at least not his own feeling, it was like he was feeling what Mik was feeling. Shock, surprise, outrage. No guilt though. Tai had to prove him innocent. All his life he had been a passenger, simply riding on the good will of others. His family due to blood and Mik due to his talents and personable warmth. Now was the time to act. Tai started his investigation by checking all of the machines. Once again, that feeling struck him, but this time it wasn't an emotion, it was just a feeling of something being off. Like hearing a star engine make a noise that you didn't need to be a pilot to know wasn't good. Tai followed this "noise" until he found a particular chance machine. Checking its innards, he discovered that it had indeed been tampered with, a warping device had been placed on the inside to mess with the mechanisms. Making the machine produce a set win-loss routine rather than be completely random as Mik made ALL of his games. He should know, he helped build and fix all of the games still working. Now with proof that the machine had been tampered with, Tai was ready to go right to the authorities and demand Mik's release. He was stopped though by a strange man. The stranger revealed himself to be a Gand who called himself Reen. Once a Findsmen and now a Jedi. Reen told Tai that the device wouldn't be enough to free his friend. Tai insisted that others would see the truth but Reen shook his head. Stating that if Tai truly wanted to free Mik with the truth, it would take more than the circumstantial evidence he had. Likening it to declaring the hunt over after finding a single footprint. Through a series of trackings, chases, slicing, and interrogations, Tai Voe was horrified to discover that the culprits for framing his friend, a powerful criminal syndicate, were his own family. Heartbroken and betrayed, Tai Voe stormed into his family estate with Reen in tow, bowling through his confused relatives. Tai kicked down the door of Dre Voe, the family's patriarch and his uncle, with unnatural strength and confronted the man. Now Tai felt it, guilt, shame, regret. Not just in Dre but in all of his family members who overheard. Dre explained he wanted to bring Tai into the family business gradually, and that getting close enough to Mik Todar to reveal a weakness they could exploit was his first task to doing so. Without thinking, Tai pulled his uncle across the desk with the Force and was about to start a vicious beat down on him. Reen though, raised his objections. He told Tai that Dre more than deserved his wrath and that it wouldn't damn him to lay out his treacherous uncle. Tai wasn't expecting this, he thought that the Jedi would tell him not to give into anger, that vengeance wasn't justice. Instead Reen told Tai that while his uncle's betrayal against a friend felt like a deep wound, it was far from the most heinous crime committed on Nar Shaddaa. Tai Voe released his uncle, vowing to turn him over to the authorities. Reen gave his approval, telling Tai to save that righteous zeal for the wrongdoers that truly deserve it. The entire Voe family industry was liquidated and auctioned off, many of Tai's family serving prison sentences for a number of financial crimes. Unfortunately the damage was done as part of their assets included Mik's casinos and hotels. Although Mik was freed and cleared of charges, he was now a man with almost nothing to his name. While Tai was once again angered by the injustice, especially as it was his family's doing, Mik waved him off. He still had enough money for a startup. If he made it once, he could do it again. Not on Nar Shaddaa though. The price of doing honest business here was never to appear weak. Being sent to prison showed he could be gotten to. It was time to move on. Tai was more than happy to join Mik but Reen made Tai an offer. He revealed that he had been watching Tai for a long while now, sensing that he was strong in the Force and had the conviction to be a true Jedi Knight. Tai was flattered but felt he couldn't abandon his friend, when it was actually Mik that advocated Tai go with the Gand to become a Jedi. Saying that if what he taught Tai didn't compel him to live a life of honor and truth the best way he could, he failed as a teacher. Moved by this, Tai gave his friend and the closest thing he had to a father one last hug before Reen took him to the Jedi temple on Lothal. ~ ~ ~ ~ Tai Voe was taken under the wing of Master Reen himself as a padawan. They spent ten years together, training and going on missions. Tai Voe proved himself the devout and honorable knight that both his mentors saw in him. He took Jedi teachings and study of the Force very seriously. This gave him a very orderly view of the Galaxy. That the laws of civilization were shadows of the Force's natural order of the cosmos. Tai Voe more than once clashed with his own master. Not that the two men had anything but respect for each other. It was just that Reen himself was a former Findsmen who operated best in border towns or the wilderness. Giving him a viewpoint that was a little more unorthodox even by the standards of the now less stringent Jedi Order. Whereas Tai Voe grew up in the city and even while training now to become a Jedi, was more comfortable with the pace and atmosphere of an urban metropolis than a frontier settlement. Still, the two of them worked together well, complimenting each other's skills and covering the other's weakness. Both of them, pious as they were, used tools and skills from their backgrounds as well as their powers to become more effective peacekeepers. Reen was already an expert tracker, cook, and marksman. Whereas Tai Voe kept his technical skills and knowledge of ships sharp and useful. One particular misadventure of theirs though, lead to the accidental creation of a foe who would come to haunt Tai for years. In a fortified and well hidden facility on Taris, a scientist friend of Reen's named Galo Skeel summoned him for a wonderful discovery of his. Despite the Givin man's exuberance, Reen sensed something very off about his friend. When Reen and Tai Voe got to Galo's lab, they both sensed the Dark Side. It was heavy around and in the facility, like a bomb primed and given unnatural desire of its own explosive function. Being lead inside by 8-TS, Galo's research assistant droid, and Kolee, the excitable and affectionate Akk dog, both Reen and Tai Voe were horrified to see the scientist in the possession of a Sith holocron. Galo was quick to assure the both of them that the artifact was secure and that's why he called them. He had devised a machine that could safely contain the energies of the Dark Side so that the Jedi and others could open the Holocron and access its secrets from relative safety. Both Tai and 8-TS advocated against this experiment, Tai adding that they should call the Jedi Council this instant to confiscate the holocron. To the shock of both of them though, Reen said they should give Galo a chance. Reen trusted his friend and said there was nothing inherently wrong with attempting this as long as it was safe. The Jedi and his padawan stayed the night but Tai Voe couldn't sleep. He had a terrible dream that in hindsight he was sure was a vision. Of a beautiful shroud covering the stars suddenly being torn to ribbons by the multiple grasping claws of a fiend. When those same claws reached out to tear apart Tai Voe himself he was violently awoken by 8-TS shaking him. The droid told him that Galo was attempting to open the holocron, that his master had gone mad. Bursting into the lab, Tai Voe saw his master Reen on the floor, bleeding. What looked like a power tool was jutting from his wound. Galo Skeel stood at his console, hands flying about, like a man possessed. Perhaps not "like" at all. The holocron's containment field was being wildly distorted, the energy being absorbed by the device it was meant to contain. Tai Voe ignited his lightsaber and demanded the scientist put his hands in the air. Galo screamed for the Jedi to stay away and not interfere when the containment field around the holocron failed at last. The Dark Side exploded out, released from its prison. The lab and entire facility began to shake; sparks and shrapnel began to blast through the air, and bolts of purple, super-heated, plasma arched out of the holocron. One of these struck Galo Skeel, killing him in moments as he howled in agony before being flung back against the far wall where he fell his last. 8-TS called out to his friend as he was struck down. Tai Voe would give the fool his final blessing if he himself survived this. For the moment though, he pleaded that 8-TS knew how to stop this. The droid said there was a failsafe in case this very thing happened, something that would destroy the holocron all together but it required a catalyst that could produce an immense charge. Such as the kyber crystal of a lightsaber. With one last look at the weapon his master helped him build, with another glance over to Reen himself quickly loosing blood, Tai Voe disassembled the weapon, and held the chamber that contained the crystal tightly in his grip. 8-TS explained that Tai had to place the crystal into a chamber on the far side of the room. Tai Voe was harried each step of the way, no longer content with merely destroying their surroundings, junk and machine parts were now flying at Tai, who barely dodged them and outright tanked more than a few hard knocks. A flash of Force lightning landed right at Tai's feet. Casting his eyes over, he felt the Dark Side hone in on him with the holocron as a focus lens. Even if it wasn't sentient, it counted Tai Voe as a threat and was using the Force to protect itself as it spread its influence to the whole facility and beyond. Without his lightsaber, Tai had no defense against the signature electric wrath of the Sith, but he pressed on through the pain, centering himself and ignoring his physical agony in favor of his true self in the Force. Just before he could get within distance to place the crystal within the chamber though, Kolee leaped from the shadows and tried to maul Tai. Gone was the loving pet. In its place, a furious beast that knew only territoriality and viciousness. Now Tai was without a weapon and the holocron still wouldn't let up its storm. Tai had an idea. Baiting Kolee, he stepped in front of the holocron and waited for the beast to pounce. Diving out of the way at the last second, poor Kolee's life energy was sucked away by the device driving it to madness. Tai Voe had a clear shot to shove his kyber crystal into the chamber. 8-TS ran the program as soon as he got the crystal into the system. Two, large, industrial, arms descended from the ceiling and reduced the cursed icon to slag. Tai Voe could feel the Dark Side die as he passed out, his life support system damaged. After that particular mission, it was decided by both Reen and the Jedi council, that this adventure sufficed as a Jedi trial and Tai Voe was knighted. He didn't have long to enjoy this as the war with the Reformation broke out. Tai Voe volunteered to serve in whatever capacity the order wanted him in. Due to his history of investigating deeply embedded criminals, it was decided that Tai Voe would make an excellent counter-intelligence asset. Even if he himself lacked the talent for subterfuge, he was surprisingly effective in this role. He rooted out Reformation spies, saboteurs, and turncoat Republic agents with his trademark zeal and disgust with traitors and liars.
Special Weapons and Tactics, that is your game. You train for the real baddies, and your combat reflects that. You often deal with large crowds; sometimes deathclaws, sometimes men. No one likes closing the gap on you because of the massive explosions you batter them with. When they do come close, however, you are prepared to take them all on as a master of hand to hand combat. What's Inside the Man? S: 6 (9) P: 1 (2) E: 9 (10) C: 1 (2) I: 6 (7) A: 8 (10) L: 8/9 (10) Strength: we need 9 for Two-Step Goodbye, which we can achieve with an implant and OWB buff Perception: ED-E, our utility partner, will provide the only bonus we desire which is compass vision. No better criticals to hold us back. Intelligence/Agility: We want high agility for reload and the highest intelligence we can afford. Depending on your Luck and preference, these have more flexibility. Completing LR allows one skillup, and I used it for agility. Luck: Gonna grab lucky shades? If yes, make this 8. If no, make it 9. Traits: Fast Shot and your preference (suggestions: Built to destroy, heavy handed, skilled, logan's loophole, wild wasteland) Tag Skills: Explosives, Unarmed, Barter (for easier early game, consider science, repair, lockpick, speech, etc.) Important Perks: demolition expert, splash damage, hit the deck, toughness, super slam, finesse Flavor Perks: slayer, mad bomber, heave ho, rad child, implant GRX, grunt, ninja, jury rigging, rapid reload Early Game Weapons: Mercenary Grenade Rifle, power fist, spiked knuckles, any thrown explosives. Early Game Armor: Highest DT armor you can manage with weight/faction limitations Late Game Weapons: Two-Step Goodbye and 25mm Grenade APW are the bread and butter. MFC grenades, Anabelle, Red Glare, Love and Hate, thump-thump all work well. Late Game Armor: Elite Riot Gear with the 1st Recon Beret and Lucky Shades. Elite Riot Gear Helmet, authority glasses, any power armor, Dr. Mobius' Glasses, reinforced SM armor, advanced riot gear all get honorable mentions. The Story Behind the Man As a one man SWAT team, you work for someone. You don't wish for an independent New Vegas, because frankly you don't have the patience or political knowledge to stop anarchy. Instead, you devote your talent to one of three people. Your story begins with the NCR: You once were a grunt, a low ranking kid in baggy fatigues doing nothing with your talent. You talked with your squadmates about how you had a knack for making things go boom, but they ignored you for their own thoughts. After serving your tour, you left in search of something more meaningful. General Oliver, NCR: Upon leaving your tour, you worked as a guard or mercenary wherever you could find decent money. After a few years of saving, you marched all the way to the Gun Runners and bought yourself a beautiful, polished grenade launcher. Right to Camp Golf you walked, and with a display of your tact and skill with such a weapon, the NCR hired you as an independent contractor. They disguised you as a Courier and informed you there was a special package that you needed to grab for them. . . Caesar, Caesar's Legion: When you left your tour, you roamed the wastes looking for something to do with your life. In your travels, you managed to find a ruined village, which had been sacked by the Legion. Seeing the destruction ignited something inside you. You tracked the Legion party for days, eventually finding their most recent encampment. With only your spare grenades and spiked knuckles in hand, you ran into their camp and began killing. Within seconds, all of the recruits were slain. From inside the largest tent, you hear a voice "You just killed every survivor of the village down the valley. I wish to speak to whatever man has the skill to slaughter a camp of men." In the tent, the decanus told you of Caesar's will, and the extreme skill his generals possess. The decanus liked your savagery, and did not care whether you killed legionaires or innocents. He offered you a place at his side. In no time at all, Caesar understood that you would be best as a Frumentarius, and assigned you as a Courier. After that, you met a robot named Victor. . . Mr. House: After your tour was over, you needed some direction. Walking along the I-15, you made your way towards New Vegas. In the distance, you saw the grand Lucky 38 and the soft glow of lights. Something great awaited you. In the meantime, you needed cash, and not many people were paying. Without many weapons and no protection, you found the only job that would not kill you: Mojave Express Courier. Within weeks, you managed to save up cash with successful deliveries. Sometime on your way to the Strip, you were stopped by a securitron. It informed you that there was a special job for a special Courier. Since the last courier declined, it wanted to pay you 1000 caps for delivery of a small package to the strip. "What's the catch?" The securitron told you of Mr. House, the man who wanted the package. It assured you that Mr. House, a powerful man with a fortune, would be very grateful for its delivery. The robot hinted that Mr. House had a plan to execute and that this was only the first step. Your mind exploded with possibilities. This Mr. House is surely what you have been looking for. You took the job, and the package was given to you. . . The Way the Man Holds Himself No matter where your allegiance lies, your service looks nearly the same. With your tool of choice and handy backup, you trek across the Mojave, leaving your mark wherever your go. You search for groups of enemies instead of single targets. You use their confidence against them. Their strength in numbers turns to your advantage with the chaos your grenade rifle creates. However, when you find yourself against a lone, powerful enemy, you load the tube with special plasma grenades that give you the advantage you need. When someone comes too close, or your rifle gets overheated, you run to your opponents and show them your close combat training. Being in the NCR for a time and receiving further training from your current organization, you've mastered unarmed fighting. The weapon on your fist happens to encourage your explosive personality as well, ensuring that no crowd will ever get the drop on you. Notes: -With Luck 10, 1st recon beret, elite riot gear, and finesse, you should be critting 100% with Two Step Goodbye. Therefore, if you want to change up your gear a little, you still have room to work with (built to destroy, armor of 87 tribe, light touch, etc.) -High luck and tag barter skill is to offset the huge cap requirement for this build. Two Step Goodbye, 25mm Grenade APW, its mods, and its ammo all cost a crap ton. Rob the casinos early and start stocking up on grenades whenever you can. -This build is a little weird with the combo of high crit chance and low crit damage. This is because explosives are not good crit weapons at all, and the only other weapon you use is two step. Two step has a pathetic crit damage; all the crit chance is for the boom afterwards. Which means heavy handed is very strong, as you are not losing any damage on your 10 base crit damage. Instead you hit harder which means fewer hits to kill which means faster booms. -I don't recommend playing with any companions other than ED-E, mainly for enhanced sensors. As a bonus, he feels appropriate for someone who works solo but keeps away some of the loneliness. You are an admiral of your organization, and you do everything solo. Having the sidekick spotter bot fits decently with that. -As said before, luck, agility, and intelligence can all be tweaked a little. If you want lots of int, I'd recommend going for luck of 6 and grabbing built to destroy. It'll retain the 100% crit chance with proper gear. The problem then becomes early game caps (casino robbing is way harder now). Each point of agility doesn't affect reload speed too much, so taking one away and putting a value point into intelligence isn't the worst idea. TL;DR: Wear riot gear, use 25mm APW for range and Two Step Goodbye for CQB. Blow shit up and call it crowd control.
Hi. I have a lot of bundle games, the only thing that is, you will have to wait a bit (couple of hours) if I don't have that game in stock, but you can place an reservation without giving me anything, just so I know I have a 100% trade. Ignition is no longer regulated by anyone. They are no longer Certified by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission If they aren't regulated, how can we trust them? Is Ignition Legit or Rigged? Ignition is 100% legit. Today, this should not even be a consideration for a serious poker player. After 5 amazing years of success, the poker rights are sold to Ignition Casino in 2016. One year later, Bovada is back and using the same player pool as Ignition and Bodog. I am still confused as to exactly why this was done and I’m not sure anyone outside the Like with many US-facing site, players often wonder if Ignition Casino is legal. The answer to this question is that there are no laws in the states they accept that explicitly forbid online casino gameplay. Ignition Casino is a perfectly legal online casino from a player’s standpoint. Ignition Casino being rigged simply doesn’t makes sense. In short, I believe the chances of Ignition Poker being rigged are very slim to none, simply because it doesn’t really make sense. You’re looking at a very small sample size at Ignition Poker, which is a poker room that has some of the loosest tables online. Ya I cashed out once from Bovada Casino and once from Ignition Casino.
